Pharmacology of Boni M Tablet
The most significant factor in preventing osteoporosis and other bone problems is proper nutrition. The macronutrients for bone are calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D3. Without Vitamin D3, only a small amount of calcium is absorbed. Magnesium, like calcium, improves bone strength and rigidity. Some micronutrients, such as copper, manganese, zinc, and boron, have been shown to play a crucial impact in bone health in recent epidemiological research. Micronutrient deficiency is seen in people with osteoporosis.
